Classrooms and Laboratories

To achieve the aforementioned educational and research objectives, the Department of Economics is equipped with facilities and spaces that have been further enhanced and modernized thanks to numerous research and teaching projects carried out over the past two years.

The degree program does not have classrooms exclusively assigned to it, in order to rationalize the resources available to the Department of Economics.
Overall, 15 classrooms are used, with a total of 1,386 seats.

The degree program uses the laboratories and computer rooms available in the Department of Economics. In particular, the language laboratory is used for the English language course, while the computer laboratory is used for the computer science course.

The Department has a language laboratory with 20 seats, where exercises and foreign language tutorials (English and French) are conducted. The laboratory is located on the ground floor of the central building.

The Department of Economics has a computer laboratory located in the central building, equipped with 30 workstations, including two accessible for students with disabilities.

The laboratory serves three purposes, in addition to supporting the foreign language instructors as mentioned: it is used for the Computer Skills exam required in all curricula of the three-year degree programs, for teaching various subjects in the bachelor's and master's degree courses activated in the fields of journalistic communication and publishing, and for ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) courses, thanks to an agreement established several years ago with AICA (Italian Association for Informatics and Automatic Computing).

The Library of the Economic Sciences Area, which belongs to the Central Hub, is located in Building D of the Department of Economics. It offers the following services: book lending, consultation, document delivery, and reference assistance.
